Cancelling Your Order

We love everything we sell - and we think you will too. But we also know that sometimes people change their minds. With our Hassle-Free policies on Cancellations and Returns, we'll make sure you're happy with every purchase, every time.

Requesting a Cancellation

  • So long as we haven't yet shipped your order, you're able to cancel. If you need to cancel your order, go to Your Account and open the Order Status for the order in question. There will be a 'Cancel Order' button. If not, send us a message at and we'll manually cancel the order.

If you don't find a product you're looking for, you can order it!  Simply send us a Special Order Request and one of our knowledgeable staff will reach out to you within 24 hours.
