Products, pricing, promotions, exclusions and availability can change at any time without notice.
- Ordered products typically begin preparation for shipment right when the order is received. Products ship once they are verified in stock and are packed for shipping. Follow the progress of your order on the My Account page, and track package delivery using the tracking links provided with all mailed packages.
- Los Angeles local deliveries making use of 'Free 2-Day Delivery' shipping will not list a tracking link, since we are delivering the package to you ourselves, by hand. Orders will only be marked 'fulfilled' after they are delivered to your door.
Out of Stock Items
- Products listed as 'Out of Stock' are currently not in-stock in the online store. We may be able to special order 'Out of Stock' products from our suppliers, so feel free to submit a Special Order request and a team-member will respond promptly.
- Restock times on individual products vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Contact us via email or on social media about specific product replenishment. Also remember to check back - if or when inventory is replenished and available, this will be reflected on the website.
Pre-Order Upcoming Releases
- Alas, currently we do not support product pre-orders. As soon as we feel comfortable doing so, we will. It is a matter of business scaling -- shops of our size are unable to provide bulletproof guarantees of product availability on release days, and we would rather not accept pre-orders than risk promising something we aren't able to deliver. On the other hand, shops of our size are super able to honor reserve-lists for high-demand products (since we can keep track of everyone easily), so if you'd like to be put on a reserve list to get the very first copies that we receive, that we can do.
- Submit a Special Order requesting to be put on the reserve list for the upcoming release, and we'll notify you when your prize has arrived.
