How Do I Track My Order?

You should receive an order confirmation email when you place an order. This email contains a link to the Order Status page where you can view the status of your order.

Additionally, you can check your Order Status through your Order History page on Your Account.

Order Status Meanings:

  • Order Placed. We have received your order, and we are beginning to pull stock and pack your order for shipment.  We want to make sure your goodies arrive in perfect condition, so we make sure to pack boxes well and to pad delicate items correctly.
  • Order Paid. The payment for your order has cleared our payment gateway.  Thank you so much for supporting us!
    • Special - Los Angeles 2-Day Free Delivery customers will see their order status show 'Paid' right up until delivery.  This is because we are bringing your order to your door ourselves!
  • Order Fulfilled. Your order has been double-checked, packed with care, and handed off to the shipping provider for transit to you.  All you need to do now is wait!  You can check shipping progress through the shipping tracking link sent to you in one of our automated email updates.
    • Special - Los Angeles 2-Day Free Delivery customers will only see 'Fulfilled' after their order has been delivered! We guarantee that your order will arrive within 2 business days of placement.
