Emails About Your Purchase

After you place your order, you will receive various email updates about your order processing status. We will send these emails to the email address provided during checkout.

Order Status Emails:

Customers who order items for delivery can look for the following email notifications:

• Order Confirmation. This email notifies you that we have received your order, and we are beginning to pull stock and pack your order for shipment.
• Shipping Confirmation. This email notifies you that your order has been handed off to the shipping provider.
• Special - Los Angeles 2-Day Free Delivery customers will not see this email. This is because we are bringing your order to your door ourselves!
• Shipment Out For Delivery. This email notifies you that your order has arrived in your local town and is out on the truck for delivery.  If you provided your phone number at checkout, you may also receive a SMS message.
• Shipment Delivered. This email notifies you that your order has been delivered.  If you provided your phone number at checkout, you may also receive a SMS message.
